TWO QUALITY LEVELS: SUPER AND CLASSIC
For several years, we have divided our professional brushes into different quality levels. For the new brush assortment, we have reduced the number of quality levels from three (Basic, Elite and Platinum) to two: Super and Classic. The Super level contains our absolutely best brushes, while the Classic level includes affordable allround brushes of good quality.
All Super brushes are premium quality brushes, which means that they combine superior capacity and durability with carefully selected filaments for the best possible precision, painting feel and finish. There are three categories of Super brushes: Super Effective, Super Soft and Super Special. The Classic brushes are allround brushes suitable for all kinds of paint and all kinds of painting projects.

Super
Effective
Super Effective brushes have stiff filaments and are suitable for painters that prefer a more robust painting feel. Superior paint pickup and optimal paint distribution makes it possible to paint for longer between each dip in the bucket and thus complete the task in less time. All Super Effective brushes are available with plastic or wooden handles. The wooden handles are made from FSC® certified wood (FSC-C108031).
FILAMENT
Stiff high-quality filament for superior paint pick-up and optimal paint distribution. Recognized by the mix of black, grey, and orange filament.
HANDLE
Extremely durable handle in plastic or wood, enabling a steady, comfortable, and ergonomic grip. The wooden handles are extended for extra comfort and made from FSC® certified wood (FSC-C108031).
In general, I prefer brushes with stiffer filaments. They make it easier to distribute the paint, especially on rough surfaces, which in turn helps save time. But for wood profiles, window frames and other woodwork that require smaller amounts of paint, I sometimes use brushes with softer filaments to get extra precision and flexibility. Soft brushes are also very good for smoothening out spray painted surfaces outdoors, such as facades, fences, and planks.

Super
Soft
Super Soft brushes have soft filaments, which makes them the perfect choice for painters who prefer a soft painting feel. The flexibility of the brush makes it is easier to evenly distribute the paint across the whole painting surface for a perfect finish. All Super Soft brushes are available with plastic or wooden handles. The wooden handles are made from FSC® certified wood (FSC-C108031).
FILAMENT
Soft filament with high capacity and paint pickup. Smoothly follows the surface for even paint distribution and a perfect finish.
HANDLE
Extremely durable handle in plastic or wood, enabling a steady, comfortable, and ergonomic grip. The wooden handles are extended for extra comfort and made from FSC® certified wood (FSC-C108031).
SUPER
SPECIAL
Super Special brushes are developed and designed with specific painting projects in mind, such as detail work. This means that each brush is equipped with filaments, ferrules, and handles that are optimized for the individual task, so every Super Special brush has its own characteristics. Regardless of this, a Super Special brush will always deliver a perfect finish.
HANDLE
The shapes of the handles are customized for the intended area of use. Floor brushes have plastic handles, while all other brushes have wooden handles.
FILAMENT
Every Super Special brush has unique filaments, specially developed for the intended area of use.
CLASSIC
ALLROUND
Our Classic series contain affordable allround brushes with high quality filaments, suitable for all kinds of paint and all kinds of painting projects. Classic Flat brushes are available with plastic or wooden handles. The wooden handles are made from FSC® certified wood (FSC-C108031).
FILAMENT
High-quality synthetic filaments that enable a good finish. Recognized by the distinctly purple colour.
HANDLE
Durable handle in plastic or wood. The wooden handles are made from FSC® certified wood.
SYMBOLS
Professional painters always want to get the best possible results, no matter what they are painting. To help them find the right brushes in stores, we have designed distinguishable labels for our Super and Classic brushes. This way it will be easier to select the right brush for a specific painting project, and easier to make sure that the brush offers the desired painting feel. The packaging also carries symbols that indicate features, area of use and painting feel.
